WASHINGTON, D.C. -- United States Senator Daniel K. Inouye returns to Hawaii this weekend, and will deliver the welcoming remarks on Sunday, June 29th at 8:30 a.m., the second day of the 1997 Native Hawaiian Education Summit to be held at the Kapiolani Community College, Ohia Cafeteria.Additionally, Senator Inouye will join Governor Benjamin Cayetano at 2:00 p.m. for the signing of the Hawaiian language college bill. Inouye will make a few short comments about federal support, and his commitment for a federal partnership.
